Gaytana Pino joined the company in 1989 in the position of Director of Operations. Over the next ten years,
Paper And Ribbon Supply Co., Inc. experienced significant growth by focusing on customer service and by developing a distinctive competence in product knowledge and compatibility. Annual sales increased by 70 percent. In 1997 Gaye assumed the position and responsibilities of company President and, on September 21, 2000, she became CEO/President. Paper And Ribbon Supply Co., Inc., is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
