Terms of Service

Welcome to Par Supply. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Par Supply website and services, operated by Par Supply LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

  1. Eligibility To use the Par Supply platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
  1. Account Registration Users are required to create an account to buy or sell through Par Supply. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and to keep your profile current.
  1. Marketplace Overview Par Supply is a third-party marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of golf course equipment, maintenance tools, used golf clubs, and related accessories. Par Supply does not own, inspect, or control the items sold by users. We are not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers and do not guarantee the condition, legality, or authenticity of any items listed.
  1. Seller Responsibilities Sellers agree to list only items they legally own and to describe them accurately, including price, condition, and shipping details. Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, handling inquiries, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Par Supply is not liable for any issues resulting from seller conduct or item misrepresentation.
  1. Buyer Responsibilities Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before making a purchase and agree to complete transactions in good faith. Buyers understand that Par Supply does not verify items and that any disputes related to purchases must be resolved directly with the seller.
  1. Fees and Payments Par Supply may charge a commission or service fee on completed transactions. These fees will be disclosed during the checkout or listing process. Payments are securely processed through a third-party provider such as Stripe. By using the platform, you authorize Par Supply to deduct any applicable fees prior to releasing seller payouts. Fee structures may change with prior notice.
  1. Shipping and Delivery Shipping is managed directly between the seller and buyer. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate shipping costs and delivery timelines. Par Supply is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments and does not provide shipping labels or logistics services.
  1. Taxes Sellers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax laws, including collection and remittance of sales tax. While Par Supply may integrate tools to assist with tax calculations, we do not guarantee accuracy and are not liable for tax reporting errors.
  1. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, including selling counterfeit or prohibited items, posting misleading or harmful content, bypassing platform fees, or abusing the messaging system. Par Supply reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove users who violate these rules.
  1. Intellectual Property All content, branding, software, and design on the Par Supply platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or alter any site content without written permission from Par Supply LLC.
  1. Limitation of Liability Par Supply is not responsible for the actions, products, or conduct of any user. We do not provide warranties or guarantees related to the items sold or the performance of other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Par Supply disclaims all liability for damages or losses related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months prior to a claim.
  1. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Par Supply LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  1. Termination Par Supply reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for conduct that harms the platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time. Termination does not absolve you of obligations related to prior transactions.
  1. Changes to Terms We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of Par Supply after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
